This number was made up as follows: Convicted under Regulation 20, 556 persons; Regulation 21, 1,184 persons; Regulation 28, 71 persons; other Regulations, 56 persons; Coal (Emergency) Directions (Regulation 14), 361 persons. I cannot state the individual charges more closely.
