HC Deb 04 April 1927 vol 204 c1699
69. Mr. RILEY

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether the naval forces of the Treaty Powers now in Chinese waters are in any way coordinated; and, if so, under whose command?

Sir A. CHAMBERLAIN

It is the invariable practice for the naval forces of the Treaty Powers in China to keep in touch with one another and to co-operate as necessary. No special instructions have been issued.
