§ Mr. AMERYThe Ottoman Stamp Law still prevails in Palestine. It has been found to be unsatisfactory; and, when the new currency for Palestine is introduced, it will be replaced by a comprehensive Stamp Ordinance, which has already been prepared and has been passed by the Advisory Council.
