GILMOURBy 31st ultimo 198 Weir houses had been erected with the aid of State funds, and 96 had been let, the annual rents being £27 10s. for three-apartment flats, £28 for three-apartment bungalows, and £34 for four-apartment cottages. The cost of erection cannot yet be stated as the Contracts are not completed.
