§ Sir K. WOODMy right hon. Friend has been asked to reply to this question. He has no information as to the conditions mentioned. The enforcement of the Regulations in London is in the hands of the borough councils, and if my hon. Friend will give any instances in which it is alleged that the Regulations are being contravened, my right hon. Friend will communicate with the council concerned.
