§ 43. Mr. LAMBasked the Minister of Health whether his attention has been called to the serious delay which has taken place in connection with the printing and circulation of the draft Order proposed to be made under the Milk and Dairies (Consolidation) Act, 1915, and to the consequent difficulty of making its contents known to the great number of persons affected; and if he will extend the time during which representations may be made to him with regard to the provisions of the draft Order?
Mr. CHAMBERLAINI am aware of the delay referred to by my hon. Friend, and I shall, in view of it, be pleased to extend the time during which any representations may he made to me as to the draft Order until the end of April.
