§ 60. Mr. MacKENZIE LIVINGSTONEasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether, in view of the fact that the Isle of Man Legislature is being requested by the Imperial Government to adopt the protective duties enacted by the Safe guarding of Industries Act, he will say whether, until these duties are imposed, he proposes to instruct the Customs authorities to examine the luggage of all tourists returning from the island?
