§ Sir A. CHAMBERLAINA committee of inquiry appointed by the Council of the League has already drawn up a preliminary draft Convention. The committee is considering the preliminary draft in the light of the replies which have been received from the members of the League to a questionnaire issued by the Council of the League. It is hoped that this work will be completed and an amended draft drawn up before the next Assembly of the League.
