§ Sir W. JOYNSON-HICKSAs regards Northern Ireland and the Irish Free State, I have no information. As regards England and Wales, the documents received by the prison authorities from Courts when offenders are sent to prison do not disclose whether the offences were committed in connection with industrial disputes or political propaganda.
