§ Captain HACKINGThe Aliens Order requires that every person, unless under 16 years of age, landing in the United Kingdom shall be in possession of a passport or some other document establishing his nationality and identity to the satisfaction of an immigration officer; but this does not apply to a member of the crew of a ship who remains on the ship's articles and does not seek to land for discharge.
