GILMOURIn Scotland the relations between primary education and secondary education are so close and intimate that it will be extremely difficult, if not impossible, to arrive at figures which would not be purely arbitrary and therefore misleading in one direction or the other. I will, however, see what can be done and will communicate the result to the hon. Member as soon as possible.
