§ Mr. PENNYIf this cannot be done, will the Noble Lord consider granting two additional dates of leaving, one in the middle of February and the other in the middle of September?
§ Lord E. PERCYIf my hon. Friend will refer to the answer I have mentioned, he will see that this question comes within the purview of a Committee set up by the Minister of Labour and myself.
