§ Sir S. HOAREI have no information on this subject additional to that contained in the despatch from Sir Claude Jacob to which the hon. Members refers. I may add that reference was made in the despatch to the difficulty of obtaining information, but it was added:
It is not likely that the actual casualties were many, nor is it desirable that they should be.
§ Mr. THURTLEHas the right hon. Gentleman received any representations 1370 from the Chairman of Lloyd's as to the desirability of abolishing aeroplanes as barbaric weapons of warfare?
