Duchess of ATHOLLMy right hon. Friend thinks that the scope of the Committee's inquiries is sufficiently indicated in the Terms of Reference, of which I am sending the hon. Member a copy. As regards the second part of the question, T can assure the hon. Member that the point which he raises has not been overlooked by my right hon. Friends in setting up this committee.
