§ Mr. HARDIEMay I protest once more in this House at being asked now to give details of this case, because the Noble Lord's Department. has had it three times, and when we put a question down we arc fobbed off in every other Department, and the Minister comes and asks us to give the details? When is this nonsense going to stop? He has the details and we cannot get a word out of him.[Interruption.]

Member would put in his question the fact that the particulars of the case have been sent to his Department. that would enable the Minister to make sure that it is brought to his notice before he prepares his answer?
