§ The ATTORNEY - GENERAL (Sir Douglas Hogg)I beg to move, in 716 page 12, in lines 40 and 41, to leave out the words "or a Judge."
This is a purely formal Amendment. The Bill, as drawn, provides that the rule shall be made by the Court, or a Judge. That is an expression that lawyers are familiar with in the High Court, but it has been pointed out that it has no meaning in the County Court.
§ Amendment agreed to.
§ Further Amendment made: In page 13, line 11, leave out the words "or a Judge."—[The Attorney-General.]
