§ Mr. McNEILLThe Commission appointed by the League of Nations to investigate the Iraq frontier question, having completed its inquiries on the 437 spot, is about to return to Europe. The President of the Commission has informed the Secretary-General of the League that he hopes to be able to present his report to the Council at the June session.
