§ Captain HACKINGMy right hon. Friend has at present under consideration means for the elimination of bovine tuberculosis, and he is proposing to 1840 introduce shortly a measure on the lines of the Tuberculosis Order of 1914 which is a necessary first step in any procedure of the kind.
