HC Deb 12 March 1925 vol 181 c1498
34. Captain GARRO-JONES

asked the Home Secretary whether, prior to the issue of Regulations regarding restricted streets, made under the Traffic Act, 1924, his Department made any representations or gave any, and, if so, what, information to the Minister of Transport?

Sir W. JOYNSON-HICKS

The answer is in the negative. The hon. and gallant Member will be aware, however, that both the Home Office and the Commissioner of Police are represented on the statutory committee which is responsible for advising the Minister of Transport on the subject.
