§ The PRIME MINISTERAs the hon. Member will have gathered from the copy of the Treasury Minute which I sent to him, it is proposed to invite the co-operation of outside specialists in the work of the sub-committees of the Committee of Civil Research. The choice of these specialists will not be restricted to any political party.
