HC Deb 23 June 1925 vol 185 cc1294-5 The following question stood on the Order Paper in the name ofCaptain GARRO-JONES: 58. To ask the Secretary to the Treasury, whether any collectors of Income Tax are paid by way of commission on the amounts of tax they collect; and, if so, whether he will state the rates at which the commission is paid, the total amount of remuneration so computed, and the highest remuneration paid to any collector of income Tax in 1924–25?
Captain GARRO-JONES

On a point of Order. May I point out that one of the questions standing in my name has been postponed by request. In those circumstances, am I not in Order in putting Question No. 58?

Mr. SPEAKER

I am afraid not, under the Rules of the House.
