Mr. GROVESasked the Minister of Health whether he has considered the handicap to local medical research committees in the non-provision of pathological laboratories in connection with local hospitals; and whether, in connection with the Government's plans of research work, he will consider the provision of such equipment for the use of local medical men?
§ Sir K. WOODThere are no funds available at present for the provision of pathological laboratories for the assistance of local committees of this kind. In any future developments of health policy the provision of such laboratories will be borne in mind.
