§ Mr. BATEYI beg to give notice that on the Adjournment to-night I shall call attention to the speech delivered by the Home Secretary last Saturday at Chats-worth in which he asked—Who was trying to prevent peace at the present time between the coalowners and the miners? The answer given was "The Socialists and the Communists." I want to raise that matter.
