§ Mr. BETTERTONThe action proposed by His Majesty's Government regarding the recommendation to which my hon. Friend refers was set out in Cmd. 2441 (1925), which was laid on the Table of the House on the 22nd June, of which I am sending him a copy. The proposed communication to the Secretary-General of the League described in the Command Paper has now been despatched.
