§ The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the MINISTRY of HEALTH (Sir Kingsley Wood)The Board of Control, in conjunction with the Board of Education, are about to undertake an inquiry into the incidence of mental deficiency; an inspector of the Board of Control has been detailed to carry out the investigation; it is estimated that the inquiry will ake at least a year to complete; and it is not anticipated that any report will be available before that time.
