asked the Secretary for Mines if he is aware that in a large number of collieries the large coal only is paid for: whether this or the gross production is taken into account when apportioning or ascertaining the output per man: and whether this is spread over the whole of the workmen and staff which comes into the cost of production under the agreement now in operation?
