HC Deb 22 July 1925 vol 186 cc2210-1
83. Mr. HURST

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will consider the desirability of a Select Committee being appointed to inquire into and to report upon the proposals put forward in the Public Places (Order) Bill?

The SECRETARY of STATE for the HOME DEPARTMENT (Sir William Joynson-Hicks)

I am giving this question my careful consideration, but I am not prepared to make any announcement at present.
