HC Deb 20 July 1925 vol 186 c1838
Captain A. EVANS

On a point of Order. May I ask whether, under the Rules and Regulations of this House, it is permissible for a candidate who has been elected as a Member of this House and is already a representative in a foreign Assembly, and who, presumably, has taken the oath of allegiance to that Assembly, to take his seat in this House?

The hon. Member presents himself on the authority of his constituents.

Is it in order for hon. Gentlemen opposite to distinguish themselves from members of the Liberal party by wearing floral decorations?
