HC Deb 17 July 1925 vol 186 cc1767-8

Order read for consideration of Lords Amendments.

I beg to move, "That the Lords Amendments be now considered."

Many of the Amendments are purely drafting Amendments, as were those on the last Bill. There is however, one controversial Amendment.

  1. CLAUSE 1.—(Amendments of principal Act as to grounds on which Orders may be made.) 278 words
  2. cc1769-77
  3. NEW CLAUSE.—(Power to apportion furniture.) 3,465 words
  4. cc1777-8
  5. NEW CLAUSE.—(Power to order interim payments where application for maintenance of married woman is adjourned.) 330 words
