I have been asked to reply. My hon. Friend will be aware that the Survey of Overseas Markets which the Committee have-prepared was published yesterday. The Prime Minister has also received a memorandum from the Committee on the subject of Transport Development and Cotton growing in East Africa, which it is proposed to lay before Parliament and to publish shortly.

Mr. WILLIAMS

Is the information available at the Vote Office?

Sir P. CUNLIFFE-LISTER

No, because it is a Stationery Office pub- lication; but in accordance with the ordinary practice, the hon. Member can find it in the Pink Paper regularly sent round, and he can obtain it by return of post on application.
