Lieut.-Colonel JAMESasked the Home Secretary whether he is aware that Communist leaflets of an indictable character, printed in a foreign country, have recently been circulated amongst certain groups of students, particularly those of Indian birth, at Oxford University; whether he is in a position to give any information as to the sources of origin of these leaflets and the channels used for their distribution; and whether he has taken any action in the matter?
