§ Colonel ASHLEYIt is a condition of all grants towards road works expedited for the relief of unemployment that all contracts for works, materials, etc., must be placed in this country, unless my approval to the contrary is obtained. I do not consider it necessary to make the special inquiry suggested by my hon. Friend.
