Mr. GOODMAN ROBERTSasked the Prime Minister whether, in view of the grave anxiety felt throughout the iron and steel trades in all parts of the country, he will be in a position to indicate to the House the nature of any proposals contemplated by His Majesty's Government for the reduction of unemployment in these industries, whether by way of safeguarding duties or otherwise, before the close of the present Session?
