§ The PRIME MINISTERI cannot do better than to refer my hon. Friend to the very full reply which I gave on the 25th June on this and kindred matters raised in a question by the hon. Member for Wolverhampton East. I am unable to give in advance any undertaking in regard to allocation of Government time in the Autumn Session.
