asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies when the British claim under Article 5 of the Irish Treaty will be presented to the Government of the Irish Free State?

The UNDER-SECRETARY of STATE for the COLONIES(Mr. Ormsby-Gore)

A memorandum was forwarded to the Free State Government recently setting out the British claim in a form which is intended to serve as the basis of discussion between the two Governments under Article 5 of the Treaty.
