§ Lieut.-Colonel MOORE-BRABAZONEvery encouragement is given to highway authorities to provide on new roads sufficient space to accommodate all forms of traffic, and, whilst I do not think it necessary to issue the instructions suggested by the hon. Member, I am fully prepared to consider any application that may be submitted for the provision of special accommodation for equestrian traffic where the circumstances justify such a step.
