§ Mr. SNOWDENThe answer to the first part of the question is in the negative, and the second part does not therefore arise. As regards the third part, I understand that the sittings of the Committee which were suspended during the holidays are about to be resumed.

§ Mr. SNOWDENAs this Committee is, of course, a non-political body, they are not likely to be influenced by the possibility of a General Election.
