§ Mr. CLYNESThis question was the subject of Article V of the Treaty signed at Washington on 6th February, 1922, the United States of America, the British Empire, France, Italy and Japan. The Assembly of the League of Nations have requested a special committee to prepare a report on the effects of chemical discoveries in the case of war. The committee has not yet reported.
