§ 36. Mr. R. JACKSONasked the Minister of Health whether he is prepared to consider the desirability of amending Section 1, Sub-section (1) of the Poor Law Act, 1899, by substituting 21 years for 18 years of age as the limit of age of vesting of parental powers in the guardians where the guardians consider that, in the interests of the person with respect to whom a resolution of vesting is passed, the extension of the age limit is necessary or desirable?
