§ The PRIME MINISTERIn reply to the first part of the question, His Majesty's Government have no official information regarding the details of this revolt. In reply to the second part of the question, I take this opportunity of stating that the allegations stated to be made by the Russian Press to which the hon. and gallant Member refers are entirely fantastic and devoid of all foundation. His Majesty's Government do not propose to take any further action in the matter.
