§ 36. Mr. SNELLasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether the observations of the Governor of Kenya Colony have been received upon the Report of the Kenya Land Tenure Commission; and whether His Majesty's Government is now able to adopt the recommendations of this Commission?
Mr. THOMASA despatch has been received dealing with some of the points covered by the Report, but other despatches are still on the way. Until I have received and considered them, I regret that I can make no statement.
