§ The SECRETARY of STATE for the HOME DEPARTMENT (Mr. Arthur Henderson)The men employed have been invited to express an opinion on the point. If, as a result, they continue to work for more than 48 hours a week, they will be allowed either extra pay or equivalent leave during the summer.
