Mr. THOMASResolutions on this matter have been received, in the case of British Guiana, from the Chamber of Commerce and the Sugar Planters' Association; of Trinidad, from the Legislative Council; and of Jamaica, from the Chamber of Commerce, the Jamaica Imperial Association and the Frankfield Citizens' Association. I have received no resolution from Barbados.
