Mr. THOMASAs regards the first part of the question, it will be necessary to consult the Governor of Jamaica, who is being asked to supply the desired particulars; as regards the second part, the hon. Member will appreciate that the matter is one for the local Legislature, but the suggestion shall be put before the Governor.
