§ Mr. BUCHANANCan the hon. Gentleman give the House an undertaking that the negotiations will not take as long as the negotiations for the Glasgow-Edinburgh road took before the work was started?
§ Mr. GOSLINGI cannot give that undertaking. As far as I am concerned they will be speeded up. It depends on other people.
§ Mr. WHITEIs this one of the roads the Prime Minister had in mind to which special consideration would be given?
