§ Mr. GOSLINGI have nothing to add at present to the answer given on the 24th June to a similar question addressed to me by the right hon. and gallant Member for the New Forest and Christchurch Division, of which I am sending the hon. Member a copy.
§ Mr. WHITEHaving regard to the fact that negotiations have been proceeding for two years, is it hoped that they may be concluded in time for the work to be done this winter?
