EDWARDSasked the Minister of Health whether he has received a Resolution from the Bedwellty Guardians calling his attention to the serious position in which many poor peoples are placed as a result of the high rents charged for both furnished and unfurnished apartments: and will he undertake to introduce legislation to protect sub tenants by making it illegal to charge more than a fixed percentage of the standard rent of the house?
