§ 67. Sir CYRIL COBBasked the Minister of Health whether his attention has been drawn to the decision of the Courts in connection with the action of the Westminster City Council in diverting St. Martin's Library from its original purpose; whether he is aware that, notwithstanding these decisions, the Westminster City Council has now granted a lease for 99 years of the library buildings to an adjoining bank; and whether, in view of the fact that the citizens of Westminster are still deprived of their library, and the City Council has made no provision for the transfer of the necessary library facilities to a suitable site and building in substitution for that in St. Martin's Lane, in accordance with Section 12 (3) of the Public Libraries Act, 1892, he proposes to take any action so as to secure the citizens' rights in the matter under the said Act?
