Mr. PALMERasked the Minister of Health whether he has received complaints from Poor Law guardians in respect to the Army, Navy, and Air Service reserve pay being made quarterly; and whether, in view of the fact that a weekly payment would simplify administration by the guardians, he proposes to take any steps to provide a remedy?
