§ Brigadier-General SPEARSOn a point of Order. I put this question the other day to the War Office, and they said they could not answer, as a matter of policy was involved. I have now put it to the Prime Minister, and the War Office have given me the answer.
§ Mr. SPEAKERThe supplementary question does not seem to arise out of the one on the Paper, which was answered by the War Office. Any question involving matters of policy can be discussed in debate.
